How can I use the whiteboard embedded at my VC++ window?

I created with Visual c++ 6, MFC, a netmeeting interface.
When I start the whiteboard with: ShowLocal( NM_APPID_T126_WHITEBOARD ),
I get the whiteboard in a new window.
I want to put the whiteboard on my window as I did with video in, out, 
like in the example of avphone3.
How can I do it?
