Ever since I updated with the XP sp2 on this computer, when ever I click on
a link or try to download a file, I get a pop up screen that is blank.
I've tried disabling the popup blocker but that has absolutely no affect
at
all. The screens still come up blank and does not allow me to download
files.
Updated my laptop and office computer around the same time and those two
seem to be working fine.
Can someone please describe here what it is that I need to do to resolve
this.
