ex2k3 ESM misre****t mailbox size

Hello,

A users outlook 2003 Exchange account is re****ting 300+ MB for the entire 
mailbox while the Exchange server is re****ting over 1.4GB.  I'm concerned 
this is the case with many others.  How can I fix this?  Any suggestions?
