Hi all,
User (User 1) have roles which allows to write to activity entity in his
business unit.
He has asigned op****tunity. Administrator (user from different business
unit) manually creates task activity and relates to op****tunity. If user 1
opens task, the task opens in readonly form - this is ok, like said in
manual.
Administrator creates workflow - when op****tunity field is modified,
workflow creates new task. User 1 modifies the field and tas is created.
The owner of the task is Administrator, but the User 1 can open and modify
the task. Why? How to avoid this situation with security roles?
