CRM4 https / SS Re****ting Server

Hi,

I'm setting up a CRM 4.0 testlab a following:
- 2 Frontend Application Server roles configured in an NLB cluster
- 1 Frontend Application Server role configured as IFD.
- 1 Platform Server role with the email router installed.
- 1 SQL Server re****ting service 2005 with the SSRS Connector installed.
- 2 Cluster Nodes with SQL Server 2005 for the CRM4 databases (MNS with 
fileshare witness)

OS: All Windows 2003 SP2

When configuring the Application Server roles to use https (certificates 
issued via a CA) I can open CRM web client via https but re****ts do not
work.
The re****t viewer opens up and locks up (Internet Explorer freezes)
After a long time, this message appears 'An error has occured. Try this 
action again.'
When connecting directly to the re****tserver via 
https://<servername>/re****tserver,
this works fine.

When connecting via http, all works fine.

I find to hard to find any useful information regarding CRM 4.0 / SSRS and

https so I'm hoping anyone can help me getting this to work.
