Hi,

I have installed outlook client on 4 computers without issues. I did now
try the 5th that already had installed it before. However if I start the
configuration it crashes and tells me that the install was not completed
because of errors. It says to check the log. I( do this and below is what
I
have i9n the log:

I did then do lots of research and first tried to uninstall it from the
Add/Remove section in the control panel. but I get the same error. I then
did
remove the CRM data file and address book in outlook. Still the same
issue.

Does anyone have some more tips for me that I could try to get this
Outlook
CRM client installed?

Also one thing that is probably good to mention. It had the outlook client

installed. However it gave error all the time and prompted the user to
disable it which is what the user eventually did. At this time the CRM was

installed on a remote server. No I have moved everything to the local
server
at this location so the URL has changed. This is why I did a reinstall on
all
workstations. I had no issue with 4 of them but Nr. 5 is giving me lots of

issues as explained.

Best wishes,
Thom
