CRM 4.0 in Citrix - Images are black spots

Hi

I have a user accessing CRM 4.0 on a citrix session. The CRM 4.0 is 
installed on a normal server though. When the user accesses CRM 4.0 from 
their citrix session all images appear as black spots/boxes... I would
really 
appreciate if someone has come across this issue and can give me some 
suggestions...
