Problems after updated user logon name into AD

Hi all!

I updated an user logon name into AD (for example, domain\Heber to 
domain\Eber) and after I tried to use the Deployment Manager to update the

user into CRM 3. I did it for a few users and I don't know why I received
an 
error message and I can't updated it. Also I tried to desable the user and

reable but displays an message that already exists this user into CRM and
the 
error below:

<description>Invalid user auth.</description>

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the 
current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information
about 
the error and where it originated in the code.

Execption Details: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: 
<description>Invalid user auth.</description>

[COMException (0x80040204): <description>Invalid user auth.</description>]

Does anyone know why this is happening? How can I update this user into
CRM?
