I would REEEEALLY appreciate if someone has any insight on this one...
In CRM 4.0, I would like to send the link to a newly created op****tunity
via
a workflow.
1) I created an attribute varchar (URL) in op****tunity entity.
2) I stored the actual URL in it.
3) I created a workflow that sends the email, with the URL field ine the
message body.
Works fine, but when I open the email in my Outlook (or Hotmail), the link
is not "clickable", even if the message format is in HTML.
Where did I go wrong??!?
