I created the workflow to convert the email to a case.
My problem now is with the email description. When I was trying to map it
to
the description of the case and run the workflow, the workflow found
errors
stating that the text is too long. Now I tried to put a shorter
description
in my email, but my issue here now is that the description in the created
case contains HTML tag. How do I resolve this?
