workflow suddenly doesn't work.

Hello
I've a big pb : 2 days ago, our wrokflow stopped to work. I don"t know
why. 
All workflows (automatic or on demand). I don't know at all what to do :
what 
do I have to check, to do. For info : we are with CRM4. 
Any help would be so great.
