My customer is complaining that when he is working OFFLINE that
performance
is just as terrible as it is when working online.
Now because the customer is based in the US and the CRM Server is in the
UK,
I can understand there will be performance issues when working online, but
working offline shouldnt. Should it?!
I also checked and it is all CRM users in the US that are having this
issue.
Needless to say the performance for the UK users is far more acceptable!
Can anyone help or shed any light on this.
