An interesting problem that I and a few people have come across (if you do
a
quick google) and this happens in CRM3 and V4.....
We have an Exchange 2007 setup and had CRMv3 and now have CRMv4. The
Outlook online client is installed. If Outlook is open in non-cached mode
(which we have to do as 75% of our users are on Citrix) and accidentally
leave it open, or more to the point the CRM process does not die. Then
any
messages sent via ActiveSync or OWA get stuck in the drafts folder.
The only way to get them sent is to use Outlook when you get back in the
Office to release them.
A few people have posted on Exchange forums with not much joy, it only
started happening with Exchange 2007 and doesn't happen if a users mailbox
is
on Exchange 2003. That really isn't a solution and I know the problem
kind
of points to Exchange but the fault is the CRM client
