Hi,
Anyone have any new suggestions to fix my bosses CRM Outlook Client
toolbar (3.0). It all of a sudden stopped working. Its not shaded but
none of the buttons work. Nor do the CRM Console or Forecast Manager.
Below is everything I have done/checked.
Checked Active X settings
Removed and re-added COM-addins
Ran a repair on CRM
Removed and reloaded CRM
Checked his web version and was able to click "advanced find"
Looking forward to the fix that I have forgotten!
