may i know how to configure for current situation.
at my Email host i create an E-Mail Forwarder: sup****t@[EMAIL PROTECTED]
sup****t@[EMAIL PROTECTED]
will forward the email to ken@[EMAIL PROTECTED]
apple@[EMAIL PROTECTED]
and cindy@[EMAIL PROTECTED]
in crm i create a contact sup****t: it email is sup****t@[EMAIL PROTECTED]
apple send an email to contact A, then cc sup****t.
now when contact A check him email. he will see 4 same email from apple.
may i know what wrong with my setting.
i should use queue?
