We have been using BizDesk and all other modules without any issues until
we
moved our site to a NEW Web Server. The new server has the same Win
2003/IIS
6.0/CS 2002 FP1 and everything. The only difference is it is not connected
to
the domain whereas the old server was connected to the domain and used
domain
account with access given in SQL.
Now that the new web server and SQL server (both Win 2003 and stand-alone
servers) are not connected to domain, how do I get the bizDesk to work as
before. I couldnt find the right article or much help on do***entation.
Any pointers or directions will be greatly appreciated.
The error I get is "You do not have sufficient permissions to use
Microsoft
Commerce Server Business Desk. Please contact your system administrator ."
