Commerce server manager

I am facing error at the time of commerce server manger opening. A message 
bos is comming with title "Get profile error" with message "Object
required". 
Due to this, error is also coming when certain menus are clicked in
bizdesk.
on Site term editor in Profile >>
ERROR CODE :424
DESCRIPTION: Object Required
Source: CS_BizDataMgr
on user menu
error code: 1A8
DESCRIPTION: Object Required
Source: CS_BizDataMgr
