Error trying to im****t xml catalog file with Business Desk

Hi all.

Any assistance regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

We are experiencing some difficulties trying to im****t an xml file via 
Business Desk. We are receiving an error stating that we should evrify
that 
the file exists and that we have the necessary permissions for the file / 
directory. Now we know the file exists and we have also tried to grant 
administrator rights for the purposes of im****ting the xml for testing 
purposes but the error still shows up and even if we remove the read-only 
property on the directory we still receive the error.

Any pointers ?
