Failure Creating new site users in Bizdesk

Hi

I am trying to create new site users in Bizdesk, I keep getting the
error;

Failure in parsing an URL command, hr: -902987761

and

INSERT statement had bad VALUES (-902987761)

and

URLCommand::ParseCSVValuesList(), Could not set member
date_last_changed into the row.

Some more info that might be useful;

Its SP2, the solution is without active directory or a domain
controller.

I have other sites working ok on the same servers and I am able to
create users in the related Bizdesks.

Any help much appreciated.
