Could not debug

Hi

I  wanted to change and add a link to an aspx file. I could not debug
as my breakpoints are not being hit on VS.Net. And also when I change
the aspx.cs file it doesnt reflect the changes. If I change the actual
aspx file it reflects that change. Any reason. I know Im missing
something..and basic

Need help
