can't find VS .NET in CMS installing

I'm trying to install CMS 2002. I have VS .NET installed on another drive
(E) on my server. When I try to install CMS on that same drive or on the C
drive, it can't find VS .NET and therefore, won't install. Does anyone
have
any ideas?
