error in opening WoodgroveNet in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 200

I have installed the WoodgroveNet sample site in my computer and it works 
well .But when I want to learn how to Creating Templates following the 
Tutorial of MCMS 2002 Help ,at the fist step,I can't open the 
WoodgroveNet.sln in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003.
it says project files is unable to find.
