can't finsih the step of "Configuring the MCMS Database" in Instal

Follow the instruction of the Installing MCMS 2002 In a Single Computor 
Development Enironment,I have finished installing the MCMS 2002
Componets,but 
At the step of "Configuring the MCMS Database",it stops.On the MCMS System

Accout page,after typing the USER and Passwork,I clicked Next,but the
system 
telled me it couldn't find the account which I have created?

What's wrong?
