Sql Server Collation case insensitive for MSCMS database

by "rng@[EMAIL PROTECTED] " <rng@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Oct 11, 2005 at 09:55 PM

In the Sql Server requirements for install MSCMS 2002, it state that
the SQL Server collation needs to be "Dictionary order, case-sensitive,
for use with 1252 character set".
But, at what level? At the database level or at the SQL Server instance
level?
