Not able to open vs.net web projects

Hi ,
       I have just installed MCMS 2002 sp1. After configuring the DCA. I 
tried to open nrconfig but could not open. Also i am not able to open any
of 
my vs.net web projects or even http://localhost.
I am using evaluation 
version of mcms.

Please help.
