I am considering starting a European distributor****p of an American suite
of
software products. I am American but have a business partner in the UK
with
whom I am developing the plan. My question is regarding structure of the
company:
Would anyone know what the option is best: an American company with
busienss
practice in Europe? A UK company? If a UK company, how would my owner****p
work, since it is my understanding that Americans cannot own more than 10%
(I will own at least 50% of this company)?
