Multiple Hosts

by =?Utf-8?B?Z2VvZmZyZXljYXJ0ZXI=?= <geoffreycarter@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Jul 31, 2008 at 08:20 AM

I now have my multiple computer installation of BTS 2006 R2 running but as
this is my first use of BizTalk on multiple machines I am still a bit
confused! I have three instances of my Receive Host and my Send Host -
one
of each on three computers. I am administering from a fourth computer
which
has neither host instance. I have configured the File Adapter to use the
appropriate host for send and receive. I now want to create a send ****t
and
receive ****t/location to move a file between two folders just to check it
all
works. The folders will be on the fourth computer. When I create the
receive location in the admin tool do I use a UNC path? Presumably I need
to
share the location on the fourth computer so that the others can see it.
I
am sure this is all very simple but it's hard to find any examples which
are
not based on a single computer installation. I have one of those for
development and have no problems with it! Thanks.
