We tried to perfrom an upgrade of our production Biztalk 2006 Enterprise
Edition server to R2 this morning. We followed the instructions that were
given in the Upgrading to BizTalk Server 2006 R2 from BizTalk Server 2006
guide. Shortly after we launched setup clicked Install Microsoft BizTalk
Server 2006 R2 it comes back with an Upgrade fails: BAMPrimaryIm****t
Database on server X is being upgraded from a different machine. Please
execute setup after the database upgrade has finished. In case an error
occurred while upgrading it previously, please restore this database and
execute setup again.
