Upgrade existing installation of Biztalk 2006 to Activ Directory

Hi friends

We have an actual installation of Biztalk Server 2006 R2, connected to a 
separate computer in which is installed SQL Server 2005. These computers
are 
not included into the Domain (Active Directory) already. The question is: 

Is any defined procedure to upgrade the current installation to work on
the 
domain? or we just have to re-install using the guidelines for
installation 
on a multiple computer environment in servers previously integrated to the

domain and using accounts from the domain? None of these computers will be

Domain Controllers.
