VS.NET 2008 sup****t Biztalk 2006 R2

Does anybody know when we might expect a plug-in for BizTalk 2006 R2 to
work 
in VS.NET 2008?
I wanted to take advantage of the new goodies in my integrations and then 
found that it is not sup****ted as of yet
