MQ Adapter not available to install

I am performing a fresh install of BT2K6 R2 on new Windows 2003 x64
servers.  
I have installed the MQ Series 5.3 client along with CSD12.  There is a
COM+ 
componet running called MQSAgent2.  When I run the setup for BizTalk the 
option to install the MQ Agent is grayed out.  Can anyone give me a hint
as 
to what I might be missing to be able to install the MQ adapter?
