Functoids error BT2006

Hi to all
i have the next problem:
in Biztalk 2006 hi have a flow that use the functoids with a scripts that
use the double.Parse function inside a map.
When i test the map in development enviroment all working good but 
when i execute the flow in test enviroment raise an exception.
This exception is throw from the double.Parse with the next rules:

double.Parse("8138.39") --> 8138.39 dev enviroment
double.Parse("8138.39") --> 813839  test enviroment

I have checks the regional settings of both machine and are the same.
Why this difference?
How can i solve this bad situation?
