Error connecting to Micrsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 from Biztalk Server

I am trying to access a CRM webservice 2007 which intern access CRM
database
from Biztalk Server 2006.
I am not able to connect to this Database and fetch the entities & actions
from CRM.
here is the error i am getting
