schema not found in the HIPAA EDI repository

Hello -

I know this issue has been discussed before - i'm just not seeing what
i need to solve my problem...

This is my error that I receive:
Error encountered: ERROR (46), interchangenr 10008 :
The schema cannot be found in the HIPAA EDI repository. Validate the
schema from Visual Studio. (msgnr:1 segnr:1)(line:1 pos:178 filepos:

this is what I have:
the send ****t
type: FILE
Send Pipeline: PassThruTransmit

The Receive Location:
type: HIPAA_EDI
Receive Pipeline: XMLReceive

the Schema:
834_v3_wpc_single (and can be seen in Schemas)

Any ideas what I can be missing?
