Hi Habeeb,
The BizTalk Accelerator for HIPAA 3.0 and 3.3 does not have an interface
or
api. HIPAA transformation only occurs when BizTalk Accelerator for HIPAA
3.x is installed on top of BizTalk Server, HIPAA Adapter is configured,
BizTalk artifacts are properly configured, and a HIPAA EDI message is
submitted to the HIPAA EDI Adapter.
Your .Net application must submit EDI messages to a BizTalk Receive
Location. There is no programming interface. Please see the tutorials in
the HIPAA do***entation.
