The reason it is currently set to "1" is that the orchestration only
processes a single claim, then sends the result to the HIPAA adapter
for batching.  Many claims then make it into the single file, but any
and all processing is done on a single claim only.  Therefore, there
is no knowledge that the claim being processed is the nth claim in the
batch.

Would I therefore have to change this to process ALL claims in a
single map so I could use the looping functoid like you say?  Or, do
you know of a way to accomplish this given a single claim as I
described above?

Or, turn off batching to produce 1 file per claim?  How easy is it to
do that?
