Hi, I'm having problems with generating 997s too. I setup the send
****ts as many a blog suggests (without the GS value, that is,
EDI://99999999:ZZ:). For good measure, I also have a second send ****t
setup with the party that has the GS value set (EDI://99999999:ZZ:
99999999).
I set the receive location to acknowledgements ALWAYS.
When I run a file through, I get TA1s just fine. In HAT, it shows
that both functional and technical acknowledgements were generated.
However, for the functional, it says "translation failed"!
Thinking the 997 schema was missing, I looked in the msgs2 table in
the Bistalk Hipaa EDI database, and there are plenty of 997 entries
present.
What am I missing for the 997 specifically? I'm at a loss of words
right now, and any guidance would be most appreciated.
