I am using Biztalk 2006, and HIPAA Accelerator 3.3.
I am using the pipeline component to assemble and dissassemble
messages.
The good news - I am receiving 270's, running an orchstration that
produces 271,s and is sending those.
The bad news. I am trying to process 276's in the same way to prduce
277's All is configured the same, but I get this error:

>From what I can discover, this has to do with the schema not being
present in the EIF. I have re-validated from Visual Studio multiple
times. I have also run Xsd2Edi and COMPEIF manually.
Stil have the problem.
