EDI file to XML file conversion having problem

hi to all,

I am using biztalk 2004 and HIPAA accelerator 3.0. For the purpose of 
conversion (EDI to XML) I am using HIPAA Disassembler. I have sucessfully 
deployed and it is worked well for one file and it is not worked for
another 
file that also have a same type ie EDI format. In the same time I am not
get 
any error or warning to this file. I have verified all the services are 
running. But the file is taken from Inbound Message box, but the file was
not 
generated in outbound message box
