HIPAA Accelerator for BYS 2006

Hi Guys,

I am currently using BizTalk 2004 and HIPAA 3.0. We are planning to move
to 
BizTalk 2006, I need advise on what is best option with HIPAA accelerator.
My 
options are

1. Use existing HIPAA 3.0 - Is this possible. Can use HIPAA 3.0 with SQL 
Server 2005 or do I need to stay with SQL Server 2000.
2. Upgrade to HIPAA 3.3 - What is the upgrade process. Is there 
functionality upgrade with 3.3 or is it just the platform upgrade.
