Hi Martin,
There is no former case with a similar symptom as you met. Please be
advised to contact our CSS to open a sup****t incident. Then we can
properly
TS to your server to deeply diagnose into the problem.
Each MSDN subscriber has 2 free incident accounts by default. Also if the
problem is finally confirmed to be caused by a product issue or bug, you
will not need to spend the incident account.
The phone number of CSS can be found in below link:

Thanks.
Sincerely,
WenJun Zhang

Note: The MSDN Managed Newsgroup sup****t offering is for non-urgent issues
where an initial response from the community or a Microsoft Sup****t
Engineer within 1 business day is acceptable. Please note that each follow
up response may take approximately 2 business days as the sup****t
professional working with you may need further investigation to reach the
most efficient resolution. The offering is not appropriate for situations
that require urgent, real-time or phone-based interactions or complex
project analysis and dump analysis issues. Issues of this nature are best
handled working with a dedicated Microsoft Sup****t Engineer by contacting
Microsoft Customer Sup****t Services (CSS) at:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/sup****t/default.aspx.
