What happened to the link to the KB article

I am looking at the hotfix readme, and it states that the description of
the 
hotfix is here: http://sup****t.microsoft.com/?kbid=911287
However, that link does not work.
Does anyone know where the description of the hotfix for 997s and the
custom 
send pipeline component for emulating multiple sending parties is?
