Zaero,
Fix 909992 is not specifically targetted towards that problem. It fixes
all
the issues with HIPAA accelerator thus far. It fixes other issues too.
For the problem you mentioned, make sure you unzip the executable and
perform post-installation steps, i.e. running batch file and doing an
XSD2EDI for 997.
