Maximum size of file BizTalk 2004 can process

We have BizTalk 2004 installed in Enterprise Edition with 8GB RAM but we
are 
not able to disassemble a 100MB 834 file (out of memory exception at the 
disassembling stage). We can ensured that no other process is running 
parallely. What is the maximum size of file that BizTalk 2004 can process?
 
Should we need to change any configuration values for optimal performance.
