We have the need to send HIPAA EDI data from multiple 'sender IDs'. We
were expecting to use the HIPAA Pipeline to create the x12 file, then
using a HIPAA_EDI to HIPAA_EDI receive/send ****t to do the logging and
final compliance checking. We are sending outbound 837 institutional
and professional claims files, and are using BTS 2006 with HIPAA
accelerator 3.0.
We have created a 'test' project/application that sends HIPAA data
through the HIPAA Pipeline, and then through the HIPAA_EDI to HIPAA_EDI
process. This all worked individually, in the 'test' application.
Now our configuration is such that we have both an 837 professional and
837 institutional process within the same application, and as a result
each time we use the HIPAA Pipeline we get the Translation error
message, see the message below. Yes, since this is error Event ID 5720
we did consult this information,
'http://sup****t.microsoft.com/kb/891003/en-us?spid=1444&sid=34',
but
this did not provide the required relief.
Can anyone provide additional insight to the solution for our
configuration?
Thank you,
Tom
