Can't run Remote Workplace on Client

I have installed Remote Workplace from the disk created on the SBS 2003 
Server to a client machine.  I connect to the server but I receive an
error, 
"The Small Business Server Network Configuration Wizard will only run over
a 
Local Area Network connection.  Deactivate any dial-up or VPN connections,

connect the client computer to the server using a Local Area Network 
Connection, and try again".  I have tried the connection both with a hard 
wire and wireless configuration and I don't have dial-up or VPNs on the 
client machine.  The SBS server sees the client, but I also can't push 
applications done the client machine.
Any help would be appreciated.
