RWW option not appearing in CEICW Web Services Configuration

Hello.

We have SBS 2003, SP2, ISA 2004, Exchange 2003, two nics, DynDns Dynamic
IP.
 
Is the RWW option supposed to appear in the Web Services Configuration
page 
when i run CEICW.?
 
It's not there when i run CEICW.  I do see:
Outlook Web Access - checked
Outlook Mobile Access
Outlook via the Internet
Windows SharePoint Services intranet site - checked
Business Web site (wwwroot)

Does anybody know how to figure out why?
 
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
