Hi,
I've purchase an external hard drive to be used for data backup, it
can't recognise the device when i plug it into the USB ****t. I can see
the
power is ON but no activity on the external drive. Does it need drivers
or
hardware installation process? Or does it need updates? The external
drive
uses USB ver 2.0. Can anyone help? Thanks alot
