The only possible way is with wine  see www.winehq.com.  And I doubt
it runs very well.   Last time I looked anyhow.  Click on AppDb on the
left hand menu and search for more details.   Also notice how most of
the top ten list is games.  That'll tell you where a "boring" business
app like Access fits in.

For that matter why not setup WINE, test and submit bug re****ts to the
Wine folks. 

Or if there is an equivalent product to Virtual PC or VMWare which
runs on Linux so you can run an appropriate Windows version.
