Hello everybody!
I would like to have access to my database which i use at work (small
stock
database) from home, i thought i could solve that problem by using a web
access page.
I tried a few things, but actually i dont know how to start:
The database as well as the accesspage have to be stored at a server,
right?
So I set the data link properties - database name to:
http://servername.com/databasename.mdb
and copied the database to the server and saved the data access page at
the
server.
whenever i open the accesspage via IE, the following error message pops
up:
Data provider could not be initialized.
Maybe i got it wrong from the beginning?
